The artiste was arrested in a high profile and much publicized case, for skipping a pending court case, ten years ago in the United States. Friends and family hoped that he would be dealt with fairly and he surely was, as he was eventually given a six month sentence.
The judge felt that he was indeed a good man based on his otherwise clean history,and the positive impact he had on fans worldwide through his music.

Romney won most of the American South while Obama won the majority of the North and East Coast. The final electoral score was Obama 303 (Democratic), Mitt Romney (Republican) 206.
According to the Guardian UK source, estimates show that this was the most expensive election in US History. President Obama raised close to $1 billion and Romnay $800, 000. When including SuperPac spending by supporters, the giure goes beyon $2 billion in total.

Today the island of Dominica ‘Nature Isle of the Caribbean’ celebrates its 34th year as an Independent state. On November 3rd, 1978, the Commonwealth of Dominica was granted Independence from the United Kingdom.
Even before gaining Independence, November 3rd was recognized as, Discovery Day’, the day when Christopher Columbus discovered the island back in 1493.
